º» ¿¬±¸´Â °íÇ÷¾Ð ÀÚÁ¶Áý´Ü ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÌ °íÇ÷¾Ð ±Ù·ÎÀÚÀÇ Áö½Ä, ÀÚ±âÈ¿´É°¨, ÀÚ°¡°£È£ ÀÌÇ൵ ¹× »ý¸®Àû Áö¼ö¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â È¿°ú¸¦ ±Ô¸íÇÏ°íÀÚ 2009³â 6¿ùºÎÅÍ 9¿ù±îÁö ºñµ¿µî¼º ´ëÁ¶±º Àü¡¤ÈÄ ¼³°èÀÇ À¯»ç½ÇÇè ¿¬±¸·Î ½Ç½ÃµÇ¾ú´Ù. ¿¬±¸´ë»óÀº K½Ã ¼ÒÀçÀÇ ÀÏ »ç¾÷ÀåÀÇ °íÇ÷¾Ð ȯÀÚ 54¸íÀ¸·Î ½ÇÇ豺 28¸í, ´ëÁ¶±º 26¸íÀ̾ú´Ù. ½ÇÇèóġ´Â 12ÁÖ µ¿¾È ÁÖ1ȸ ¸Åȸ 2½Ã°£ÀÇ ÀÚÁ¶°ü¸® ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À̾ú´Ù. ½ÇÇèóġ¿¡ ´ëÇÑ È¿°ú´Â °íÇ÷¾Ð¿¡ °ü·ÃµÈ Áö½Ä, ÀÚ±âÈ¿´É°¨, ÀÚ°¡°ü¸®ÀÌÇ൵ ¹× »ý¸®ÀûÁö¼ö·Î¼­ Ç÷¾Ð, üÁú·®Áö¼ö, Ç÷Áß ÁöÁú°ú Ç÷Áß ÄÚƼÁ¹À» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç ½ÇÇ豺°ú ´ëÁ¶±ºÀÇ ½ÇÇè Àü ? ÀÚÁ¶Áý´Ü ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ ½Ç½Ã ÈÄ °íÇ÷¾Ð ȯÀÚÀÇ ÀÚ±âÈ¿´É°¨Àº ½ÇÇ豺ÀÌ ´ëÁ¶±ºº¸´Ù À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. 3. ÀÚÁ¶Áý´Ü ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ ½Ç½Ã ÈÄ °íÇ÷¾Ð ȯÀÚÀÇ ÀÚ°¡°ü¸® ÀÌÇ൵´Â ½ÇÇ豺ÀÌ ´ëÁ¶±º º¸´Ù À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. 4. ÀÚÁ¶Áý´Ü ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ ½Ç½Ã ÈÄ °íÇ÷¾Ð ȯÀÚÀÇ »ý¸®Àû Áö¼ö Áß Ç÷¾Ð, üÁú·®Áö¼ö, Ç÷Áß ÁöÁú Áß ÃÑ ÄÝ·¹½ºÅ×·Ñ, Áß¼ºÁö¹æ°ú Àú¹Ðµµ Áö´Ü¹é ÄÝ·¹½ºÅ×·Ñ µîÀº ½ÇÇ豺ÀÌ ´ëÁ¶±º º¸´Ù À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÌ»óÀÇ °á°ú·Î º¼ ¶§ º» ¿¬±¸¿¡¼­ Á¦°øÇÑ ÀÚÁ¶Áý´Ü ÇÁ·Î±×·¥Àº »ê¾÷ÀåÀÇ °íÇ÷¾Ð ±Ù·ÎÀÚÀÇ Áö½Ä¼öÁØ, ÀÚ±âÈ¿´É°¨ ¹× ÀÚ°¡°ü¸® ÀÌÇ൵¸¦ ³ôÇô °íÇ÷¾Ð ȯÀÚµéÀÇ °Ç°­ ÇàÀ§¸¦ ±àÁ¤ÀûÀ¸·Î º¯È­½ÃÄ×°í »ý¸®Àû Áö¼öµµ °³¼±ÇÏ¿© »ê¾÷Àå ±Ù·ÎÀÚµéÀÇ °íÇ÷¾Ð °ü¸®¿¡ ±â¿©ÇÏ´Â ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À¸·Î È®ÀεǾú´Ù. ±×·¯¹Ç·Î »ê¾÷ÀåÀ» Áß½ÉÀ¸·Î ÀÌ¿¡ ´ëÇÑ È°¿ëÀ» Àû±Ø ±ÇÀåÇÒ ÇÊ¿ä°¡ ÀÖ´Ù°í »ý°¢ÇÑ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was to examine the effects of the hypertension self-help program on knowledge, self-efficacy, self-management compliance, and physiological parameters for workers with hypertension.

Methods: The subjects of study were 54 patients with hypertension, divided into 28 of experimental group and 26 of control group, working in a general work place located in K city from June to September, 2009. Experiment treatment was a 12-week self-care program given for two hours, once a week.

Results: After conducting a self-help program, the experimental group showed significant increase in knowledge level, self-efficacy, self-management compliance, and physiological parameters including blood pressure, BMI, total cholesterol level, neutral fat, and LDLcholesterol of blood lipids compared to the control group.

Conclusion: This program is greatly recommended for workshops.
